The Sanctum unlocks at Player Level 20 and is the last building unlocked. It is also the most expensive, costing more than the Keep.
Upgrading the Sanctum provides +2% Health per level (maximum 20 levels).
Ascension and the Essence Refinery unlocks at Sanctum Level 12.
