The Barracks unlocks at Player Level 5 and is built through the Keep.
Upgrading the Barracks improves the damage of Champions that deal Physical Damage. It gives alternating bonuses of +2% per level to Melee Damage and Ranged Damage. The bonuses cap at Level 20, for 20% Melee Damage and 20% Ranged Damage.
Combat Mastery unlocks when the Barracks is upgraded to Level 5.
